iZone offers outstanding graphic material in several thicknesses, for use both interior and exterior. We can ship “raw” so you can do the finishing, or we can complete your entire project and ship “ready to install”. The products iZone produces are versatile, and strong, the possibilities are endless.

Layout Assistance: While many of our customers are, or have hired, design professionals, some customers require assistance in preparing their artwork for output requirements. If you have a rough idea of what you want, photos or illustrations, and written copy, iZone can take it from there. Our professional layout staff will create your layouts, and offer proofs for your approval.

File Manipulation: Your files are “nearly there” but you need assistance dropping in colors, creating tiff files, formatting text, copy fitting, sizing of output files, or other pre-press services, we can assist you. These services are provided free. Advice on file preparation, of course, is always given freely. Just call us and ask.

Scans and Separations: iZone prefers that you obtain your own professional scans. (See our Design Guidelines for advice.)

Double Faced Signs: While we can't print in register back to back, iZone can create both sides of your double faced sign and permanently bond them back to back. Then we finish the edges so you'd never know it wasn't printed both sides.

Polished and Shaped Edges: Thick stock graphics are polished to a satin black sheen. They can be beveled, bull nosed, or any other edge shape you might want.

Surface Mounted Elements: For a different look, iZone can surface mount shaped elements to add dimensional effects to your graphics.

Threaded Inserts: You can bolt directly into the phenolic core using stainless steel inserts. They are installed with 1/4-20 thread, and enable a “frameless” install look.

Bonding to Substrates: If you so desire, iZone can bond your images to a suitable substrate, seal and paint the edges, and send the graphic elements ready to install.
