iZone XT is digitally imaged high pressure laminate. We like to call
it DHPL. It is made by layering a digital print, melamine sheets and phenolic resin sheets for the core. These sheets are pressed in a special press at high heat and pressure for an extended period of time. While under pressure it is allowed to cool. As the melamine resin melts, it absorbs the print and all materials are consolidated into one single piece of thermoset plastic. Backed by a 10-Year warranty, iZone XT is a material designed for lasting performance in any environment.
iZone XT is resistant to moisture damage, harmful UV rays, and graffiti making it very popular for many exterior applications, including signs and graphic elements, furniture, wall murals and displays.
iZone XT graphic panels are available in thicknesses from 1/16" to 1" and can be easily cut to any shape, double-faced, bonded to substrates, drilled through, bevelled, bull-nosed,
and surface mounted with just about anything. If you can dream it, iZone can make it.
